Invoice verification, account allocation, and payment processing are just as much a part of it for you as ensuring reliable and up-to-date financial figures? Then you've come to the right place!<\/strong><br><br>We are looking for you <strong>from 30 hours per week<\/strong> for the following areas of responsibility:<br><br><ul><li><strong>Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting:<\/strong> You process current business transactions and check, code and post incoming invoices.<\/li><li><strong>Sales invoices:<\/strong> You create and process sales invoices and ensure that they are fully and correctly posted.<\/li><li><strong>Open items and dunning:<\/strong> You monitor and process open items, manage the dunning process, and independently resolve discrepancies or unexplained payment transactions.<\/li><li><strong>Payments<\/strong> You process bank transfers and accounts payable payment runs, initiate SEPA direct debits, and post incoming and outgoing payments.<\/li><li><strong>Bank accounting<\/strong> You book and reconcile our bank accounts and ensure that invoices, open items, payments and bank entries are correctly matched with one another.<\/li><li><strong>External economic reporting<\/strong> You process notifiable payment transactions and assist with the required reporting to the Deutsche Bundesbank.<\/li><li><strong>Co-ordination and collaboration:<\/strong> You coordinate with internal departments and external business partners on accounting issues and ensure the reliable clarification of any open queries.<\/li><li><strong>Process optimisation<\/strong> You analyse existing processes in financial accounting and payment transactions, identify potential for improvement and actively contribute to their further development.<\/li><\/ul><br><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Your personality profile:<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>You like working independently, think in accounting contexts, and approach recurring and deadline-driven tasks with care and structure. You spot errors or discrepancies \u2013 and you reliably take care of resolving them.<\/strong><br><br><em>Nobody is perfect - convince us with your skills!<\/em><br><br><ul><li>You have a completed commercial education with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification.<\/li><li>You bring several years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, payment transactions, and the reconciliation of accounts and open items.<\/li><li>You are confident in handling ERP or financial accounting systems and have good MS Excel skills.
