Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!<\/strong><br><br>Wir suchen dich <strong>ab 30 Stunden pro Woche<\/strong> f\u00fcr die folgenden Aufgabenbereiche:<br><br><ul><li><strong>Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung:<\/strong> Du bearbeitest die laufenden Gesch\u00e4ftsvorf\u00e4lle und pr\u00fcfst, kontierst und verbuchst Eingangsrechnungen.<\/li><li><strong>Ausgangsrechnungen:<\/strong> Du erstellst und bearbeitest Ausgangsrechnungen und sorgst f\u00fcr deren vollst\u00e4ndige und korrekte Verbuchung.<\/li><li><strong>Offene Posten und Mahnwesen:<\/strong> Du \u00fcberwachst und bearbeitest offene Posten, f\u00fchrst das Mahnwesen durch und kl\u00e4rst Differenzen oder ungekl\u00e4rte Zahlungsvorg\u00e4nge selbstst\u00e4ndig.<\/li><li><strong>Zahlungsverkehr:<\/strong> Du f\u00fchrst \u00dcberweisungen und Kreditorenzahll\u00e4ufe durch, veranlasst SEPA-Lastschrifteinz\u00fcge und verbuchst Zahlungsein- und -ausg\u00e4nge.<\/li><li><strong>Bankbuchhaltung:<\/strong> Du verbuchst und stimmst unsere Bankkonten ab und stellst sicher, dass Rechnungen, offene Posten, Zahlungen und Bankbuchungen korrekt miteinander verkn\u00fcpft sind.<\/li><li><strong>Au\u00dfenwirtschaftliches Meldewesen:<\/strong> Du bearbeitest meldepflichtige Zahlungsvorg\u00e4nge und unterst\u00fctzt bei den erforderlichen Meldungen gegen\u00fcber der Deutschen Bundesbank.<\/li><li><strong>Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit:<\/strong> Du stimmst dich bei buchhalterischen Fragestellungen mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Gesch\u00e4ftspartnern ab und sorgst f\u00fcr eine verl\u00e4ssliche Kl\u00e4rung offener Sachverhalte.<\/li><li><strong>Prozessoptimierung:<\/strong> Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im Zahlungsverkehr, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und wirkst aktiv an deren Weiterentwicklung und mit.<\/li><\/ul><br><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Your personality profile:<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, denkst in buchhalterischen Zusammenh\u00e4ngen und gehst auch bei wiederkehrenden und fristgebundenen Aufgaben sorgf\u00e4ltig und strukturiert vor. Fehler oder Unstimmigkeiten fallen dir auf \u2013 und du k\u00fcmmerst dich verl\u00e4sslich um ihre Kl\u00e4rung.<\/strong><br><br><em>Niemand ist perfekt - \u00fcberzeuge uns mit deinen Skills!<\/em><br><br><ul><li>Du verf\u00fcgst \u00fcber eine abgeschlossene kaufm\u00e4nnische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.<\/li><li>Du bringst mehrj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, im Zahlungsverkehr sowie in der Abstimmung von Konten und offenen Posten mit.<\/li><li>Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP- beziehungsweise Finanzbuchhaltungssystemen und verf\u00fcgst \u00fcber gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse.
