Our application process is transparent and respectful – so you feel at ease right from the start. That's why we focus on open, peer-to-peer conversations – using ‚du‘ (the informal 'you') is standard practice here. Flexible, structured and fair: you'll always know what's coming next. Remote? No problem! However, an in-person meeting to get to know each other is always part of the process for us.

 

  • Submit application
    Apply easily through our job portal – CV is sufficient.
  • Screening
    First sighting – you will receive feedback within 5 working days.
  • Get to know each other virtually
    What are you looking for? Who are we? – Casual getting to know you. (30 mins.)
  • Specialist interview
    Now, let's get into the details: Together with our Team Lead, we'll discuss your skills, technical expertise, and experience. (60 mins)
  • Case study or trial work
    Depending on the position, we will invite you to a short trial task or a case study. The case study is a practical assignment that you prepare at home and then present to us. It's not about „right or wrong“, but about your approach to finding a solution. (2-3h).
  • Decision & Offer - Welcome to the team!
    Done – It's a Match! You'll receive an offer from us by email shortly. We don't need any „comparisons“: if you've convinced us, we'll give you the go-ahead. As soon as we have your confirmation, we'll create the contract, which you can conveniently sign digitally.
  • From application to contract completion, an average of 3-4 weeks.
  • Your data will be treated confidentially and deleted after 6 months.
  • We're happy to use the informal "du" – we can use the formal "Sie" if you prefer.
