Your future responsibilities:

You don't want to use AI as a buzzword, but rather design it as a reliable service with measurable business impact? You think in terms of products, services, and sustainable value creation, and are keen to help shape a new business area from the outset?

Depending on your profile and experience, the role could develop more towards product leadership, AI service development, or business development.

What awaits you:

You develop market-ready AI services with clear added value from technological possibilities. Advisory, product development, and scaling are all part of your remit – with the aim of building stable and recurring revenue.

  • Advisory & C-Level: You conduct discussions with decision-makers, understand their challenges, and translate these into concrete AI service use cases with measurable benefits.
  • From prototype to product: You are developing an existing AI prototype for automated invoice booking into a marketable, scalable product – potentially also moving towards a service or service portal.
  • Driving AI Services You conceptualise AI service building blocks, define SLAs, governance and human-in-the-loop processes, and develop offerings that are clearly understandable and economically attractive to customers.
  • Building Operations & Scaling: You build structures and processes so that AI services can be operated stably, scalably, and reproducibly. You use internal solutions as a blueprint for new customer services.
  • Developing monetisation: You develop pricing and packaging models and build recurring revenue for our AI-as-a-Service business.
  • Bringing business and technology together: You will work closely with management, the market side, and technology, ensuring that ideas are turned into concrete, implementable AI products and services.

Your personality profile:

You enjoy working at the intersection of business, product, and technology and take pleasure in developing functional services from ideas. You don't just think in concepts, but also drive topics through to implementation and operation.

  • You have Several years of experience in B2B SaaS, digital services, or AI-related products and have already taken responsibility for products, services or customer projects.
  • You are bringing a Basic understanding of agile methods, cloud services, APIs, data flows and System integration or a suitable Willingness to learn mit.
  • You understand, how AI solutions from idea through prototypes to stable service can be developed and operated.
  • You can Translating technical possibilities into concrete product or service offerings, which are understandable and economically sensible for customers.
  • You recognise Market and customer needs, You prioritise pragmatically and are involved in product strategy, go-to-market, and monetisation.
  • Fart communicates safely with Decision-makers as well as technical teams and can bring different perspectives together.
  • Fart Works in a structured, independent and pragmatic manner and you enjoy building new topics and services.
